Product Plan We will initially launch with 16 sneaker lines. The first two are our Prevail 111's and 222's which you see above. Our 'Zodiac' lines will feature 12 lines embodying our zodiac sign elements, of which there are three zodiac signs in each group: Fire Signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius), Earth Signs (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn), Air Signs (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius), and Water Signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces). Our King of My City lines will feature skylines and architecture that embody major destinations. The first 2 cities we are launching are New York and Las Vegas. After sales and growth, the next lines we plan to expand to include Chicago, Miami, Boston, New Hampshire and Connecticut. After we have initial success with the sneakers we plan to expand into several other types of PREVAIL items including sweatsuits, backpacks and handbags. Production Plan Our supplier is out of China. We can create everything from sneakers, hoodies to dresses. We also have a 2nd supplier that can bedazzle items further for runs of 30 items or more. Distribution Plan The first 1,000 pairs Derek Lemire will stock at his house in Las Vegas, Nevada. Daily shipping will be no issue. Once we expand beyond that we will get a warehouse in Las Vegas. Derek Lemire will handle all first 3 months shipping until we are on pace for over six figures annually and can hire part time assistants. Shoe boxes 14 x 8 x 5 – We will put all pairs in custom boxes, and using stated budget we will create designs for customized boxes for each horoscope and city under our $4,000 art budget. Phoenix Orion – Head of Design Business Overview We will register our company in a state with 0% sales tax such as New Hampshire, Delaware or Montana. Derek Lemire still has an address in New Hampshire so this can be completed in a maximum of 12 business days, including the creation of business bank accounts in said state. Accounting will be calculated and payouts will occur by the 5th of each month, for the previous month. Inventory and Sales reports will be sent by the same date. Sales Goals At $222 per shoe were looking at $155 margin even if we ship for free. Using influencer marketing and no advertising, if we sold 1,000 of each horoscope line wed net 1.86 million dollars. 10,000 of each line would net 18.6 million dollars. Since it makes more sense well have a cost per acquision for shoes and give discounts to retailers.... even if we SPENT or DISCOUNTED $100 per customer sale acquision we would still net $880,000 by selling 1,000 of each line. By the time we hit 100,000 overall sneaker sales (at $155 per sale) we will have made a margin of 15.5 million dollars before deducting or advertising and staffing costs. Thats only 273 sales a day though.... To hit a minimum of 1 million dollars in sales in 12 months we only need to sell 12.34 pairs of sneakers per day. We will continue to reinvest to keep our gear on top athletes, musicians and taste-makers. We will expand into Basketball sneakers and eventually we will do cleats and market sports like Lacrosse. We will have several prevail t-shirt and hoodie designs. We can also do swimwear, dresses, bags and more Prevails innovation in fashion art and forward thinking with future limited edition releases will have sneaker heads talking. No major shoemaker is bringing life and this high level of conceptual art into sneakers. Our creativty also opens the doors for us to do many limited edition, short stock releases in the future. If we do 1000 pair short runs in the future @ $222 a piece thats $222,000 a month in sales, but its $55,000 in supply cost to open that door. We have huge potential to elevate, but will play safe and grow one step at a time. We're hitting the jumpers while the rest of our opponents are battling trying to high hook shots while double covered.
